Processing of Personal Data and Data Collection upon visiting the RMK Website and using the Apps

When Visiting the Website

RMK website is developed on the Voo platform and RMK processes the following information when visiting the website:

Cookies

  • The language code of the last site visited(site_lang). To remember the language you last used, the page will be displayed with the same language during your next visit. The data shall be retained for two years.
  • Unique visitor cookie (_ewsa). Data on the website's visitors for statistics. The data shall be retained for two years. 
  • Visitation cookie (ewsb). Data on the website's visitors for statistics. The data shall be retained for 30 minutes.
You can opt out of cookies at any time by changing the settings of the browser of the device you are using and deleting the stored cookies.

Information to be collected when filling in forms on the website

  • All information, entered by the person in the forms, and documents
  • The IP address of a person
  • The location of a person (based on the GeoIP database, maximum of city accuracy)
RMK retains the data transmitted through the forms according to the purpose of data transmission (application for a hunting licence, registration for an event etc.).

When Using the RMK Applications:

The App RMK Loodusega koos:
  • In order to use the Application, the User of the application is not personalised and information is not collected on the User.
  • During first use, the language selected by the User is saved (to display the information in a language that is understood by the individual).
  • The App asks permission to determine the User’s location with the aid of GPS. Giving permission is not obligatory and location data is not saved. No GPS access limits the use of the App. Giving permission allows the User to position himself or herself relative to the objects being visited and, with the aid of the navigation application, find their way to the objects. When using the App together with GPS, location data is not saved.
  • The App requires network access upon the initial loading of data and when using the app, to renew information. No IP aadress information is saved.
  • Non-personalised data and search information is used in Google Analytics.
  • Error messages occurring in the app contain no user’s IP address, only information about the used device (model, OS, browser). (Information about error messages is retained in Google Analytics for 26 months).

The App RMK Kuuseke:

  • RMK only processes the user's data in the app within the framework of the spruce campaign.
  • When used for the first time, the language selected by the user is saved (to display the information in a language understood by the person).
  • The state forest map shows the user's location, allowing the user to position himself or herself in relation to the state forest. Location data shall not be saved.
  • When paying for the spruce by a mobile payment, the user's telephone service provider will receive the user's telephone number, the selected payable phone number and the amount paid, the time of the call and the time of sending an automatic reply message for the next month's invoice. 
  • When paying for the spruce by a bank transfer, the name of the payer and the amount paid for the spruce shall be saved for the transfer to the bank.

The App RMK100:

  • E-mail address and password or social network ID (identification and differentiation of the person in the application according to its preferred method of identification).
  • Choice of language (for displaying information in a language the person understands).
  • Location information (what cultural objects a person has visited).
  • Information about error messages occurring in the app (some errors may include the user’s IP address, information about error messages is retained for 30 days).
RMK processes the user data in the app based on the consent. A user can withdraw its consent at any time; it can be done by deleting the account in the app. When deleting a user account, RMK shall retain information about visited objects; however, it is no longer possible to link the data of visits to specific persons.
