At today’s supervisory board meeting, the Board decided to appoint Mikk Marran to the position of Chairman of the Management Board from 1 November 2022 until 31 October 2027.

“We will now start with the necessary preparations to appoint Mikk as the Chairman of the Management Board,” says Randel Länts, Chair of the Supervisory Board. “His first task will be finding and submitting suitable candidates for the Management Board.” The authorisations of the current management board will end on 1 November.
