Estonia has five national parks
National parks have been established to preserve, protect,
rehabilitate, study and provide information about the natural environment,
landscapes, cultural heritage and balanced environmental use in a protected
area.
When hiking in a national park, make sure to observe the
restrictions and instructions there. National parks and other protected areas
are managed by the Environmental Board; RMK controls the organisation for
visits to the areas.
RMK information desks
In high season, 15 May to 15 September, information desks are open 10 am – 6 pm daily.
