Hunting is a passionate avocation for thousands of residents in Estonia. RMK administers 3% of the state hunting grounds, providing there opportunities for hunting from hides to photo safaris.

Hunting management

The aim of the State Forest Management Centre is the preservation of game populations on the hunting grounds of the state, the use of the grounds for the conducting of game biological surveys and studies and the promotion of traditional hunting methods aimed at local hunters.
